1. Ensure compliance with standing orders and other statutory requirements
2. Design suitable LTA proposals as needed and maintain control of the process and documentation
B. Contract Labor Management:
1. Identify contract manpower requirements based on the manufacturing plan
2. Monitor and ensure adherence to contract labor-related statutory compliance
3. Ensure the timely availability of contract labor as per the plan
C. Employee Engagement Activities:
1. Execute employee engagement activities including employee recognition, redressal, and productivity improvement initiatives
D. HR Information System Management:
1. Prepare personnel trend reports and other MIS reports related to HR for the factory
E. Recruitment & Onboarding:
1. Complete recruitment requirements as per organizational needs and ensure timely onboarding
2. Design the onboarding workflow and ensure the smooth joining and induction of all selected candidates
3. Review the selection methodology including written tests
F. Training & Development Activities:
1. Conduct a training needs analysis for workmen and design a training calendar
2. Execute the training calendar and measure the efficacy of training based on feedback
G. Productivity Improvement:
1. Track manpower productivity indices, recommend, and execute suitable interventions for sustainable improvements
2. Analyze work practices, deployment, crewing practices, and automation introduction
3. Recommend suitable manpower adjustments
