Job Summary:
The Senior Executive - Purchase (Printing & Stationery) will be responsible for managing the procurement of all stationery and office supplies for the organization. The role involves vendor management, sourcing, negotiation, and ensuring timely availability of required materials while optimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement of Stationery & Office Supplies:
Manage the end-to-end procurement process for all stationery and office supply needs.
Vendor Management:
Identify and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate terms, and ensure quality and timely supply of materials.
Sourcing & Negotiation:
Source new vendors and negotiate contracts to secure the best prices, terms, and product quality.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and place orders in a timely manner to avoid shortages.
Cost Optimization:
Implement strategies to reduce procurement costs without compromising on quality.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure the purchased items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Purchase Orders & Documentation:
Prepare and process purchase orders, maintain records, and track deliveries to ensure compliance.
Budget Management:
Assist in managing the procurement budget and report any variances or cost-saving opportunities.
Vendor Evaluation:
Regularly evaluate vendor performance based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Market Research:
Stay updated with market trends, new products, and innovations in office supplies and stationery.
Coordination with Departments:
Work closely with internal departments to assess their stationery needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
