About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Monitor quality indicator data and analyze it on a monthly basis.
2. Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs), departmental documentation, and manuals; update relevant documents as needed.
3. Conduct induction sessions with HR for all newly joined staff.
4. Orient new staff on NABH standards, Hospital-Wide Policies (HWP), and Emergency Codes.
5. Maintain all records, files, registers, and digital data in compliance with NABH guidelines.
6. Coordinate with Internal Audit, conduct surveys, collect data for the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program, and follow up on implementing recommendations.
7. Perform daily quality check rounds according to the CQI program and submit reports to the department head.
8. Develop, implement, and analyze Quality Indicator data, including corrective actions, preventive measures, root cause analysis, and action-taken reports.
9. Organize Quality Management meetings, maintain minutes, and provide recommendations aligned with best practices and regulatory standards.
10. Ensure the implementation of NABH standards.
11. Coordinate and deliver training sessions for employees on NABH 4th Edition quality standards.
12. Support departments in achieving compliance with established quality standards.
13. Monitor departmental performance through pre-defined quality indicators.
14. Develop operating guidelines, including departmental manuals, work instructions, process maps, and related documentation.
15. Recommend and implement operating policies and procedures.
16. Oversee the accuracy of patient records and documentation for all patient visits.

1. MBA in operations/master's in hospital administration.

2. Must have hospital experience (quality).
