About the job

You will get to be an early employee of a very high profile and game-changing fintech company razor-focused on supply chain financing. The main purpose of this role is to develop a sales channel for the supply chain vertical.

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain a healthy customer pipeline
2. Work on end-to-end handling of customer queries i.e. onboarding/disbursement/ongoing servicing
3. Work on being an ambassador for the product and the company for all customer-facing activities
4. Work with the customer delivery team to ensure proper execution of closed deals along with proper documentation
5. Work on the increase in AUM and fees
6. Work on providing channel finance & vendor finance to customers
7. Work on business encompasses financing - both ends of large corporate relationships viz. distributors as well as vendors through supply chain finance
8. Work on increasing the supply chain finance portfolio along with active utilization from all existing customers accounts in Delhi/NCR region
9. Perform preliminary credit assessment
10. Work on the preparation of daily and monthly MIS and reconciliation
11. Understand financial ratios using computer programs, to evaluate customers' financial status

Who can apply:

1. Good understanding of balance sheets, profit and loss, and cash flow statements
2. Strong negotiating skills
3. A strong communicator with a clear and concise presentation style
4. Have a working knowledge of MS office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
5. Relationship-building skills should be the key strength
6. Able to handle work pressure & work within the set timelines and update on a weekly basis
7. Open to travel and meeting people across the country
