You will be working largely with all product teams in the company, managing their marketing and ensuring a steady flow of customer leads for their products.
Key responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities (around 60-70% of your time):
1. Work on social media management i.e. manage the social media properties like Facebook, Instagram, and blog for the company s products
2. Work on SEO to ensure that the company product pages show up amongst the first 3 links for different Google keywords
3. Work on Facebook Ads and design and launch marketing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
4. Work on Google Ads and create landing pages and launch Google Ad campaigns for the different products of the company
5. Work on offline events i.e. run marketing events in RWAs, spreading the word about Curio and Lokus workshops and courses
6. Work on PR tie-ups with news sites and blogs to write articles and get the company featured
7. Create and manage the newsletters for the different company product customer lists
8. Work on collateral design and create the designs using Canva
9. Design omnichannel marketing campaigns for different products in the company
10. Decide and optimize marketing budgets between different channels for different products
Secondary responsibilities (approximately 20-25% of your time):
1. Provide business development/sales support
2. Work on research and tie-ups with potential space partners and content partners for SpaceBoat/Curio
3. Work on outbound and inbound sales for space partnerships for SpaceBoat, CURIO, and SportyBeans
4. Create a course/workshop repository of 24 hours that can be delivered on SpaceBoat/Curio/Lokus
5. Deliver up to a maximum of 6 hours a week of SportyBeans content or your courses on SpaceBoat
6. Handle marketing and sales of the course/workshops that you have created
Tertiary responsibilities (approximately 10-15% of your time):
1. Collaborate with other teams/members of the company to fill in at times of emergency
2. Work on taking care of new initiatives in the company, that do not have a team as yet

SpaceBoat is launching CurioBoat (CURIO) - neighborhood learning centers. In this era of ed-tech, we believe there are several learning experiences that are best delivered in a physical/blended setting. We tie up with new-age education and community entrepreneurs and help them grow their offline/blended presence in several neighborhoods.
While SpaceBoat is a 5-yr-old company, CurioBoat is a new initiative. We have conducted a few pilots in the offline setting to validate the business model and need, and are now building the team to build SpaceBoat, Curio, and other learning products for the company.
