We are seeking a dynamic and experienced 'Assistant Marketing Manager' to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate marketing and be prepared to step into this role with minimal training. As an 'Assistant Marketing Manager', you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects and enhance our brand presence.
Key responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive awareness and sales of real estate properties
2. Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media
3. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies
4. Content Creation: Create engaging content for various platforms including websites, social media, and promotional materials
5. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, designers, and other stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and project needs
7. Event Planning: Coordinate and manage events such as property launches, open houses, and client engagement activities
8. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
1. Candidates with minimum 4 years of experience.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on real estate marketing
2. Skills: Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
3. Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, real estate, or a related field
4. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools
5. Immediate Availability: Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period
