As an assistant project manager handling SEO services, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, ensuring project success, and handling payment processes during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
(a) Client relationship management:
1. Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs and objectives.
2. Communicating regularly with clients to provide project updates, address inquiries, and gather feedback.
(b) Project coordination:
1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including SEO specialists, content creators, and designers, to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
2. Developing project plans, setting milestones, and monitoring progress to ensure projects are executed smoothly.
(c) Payment processing:
1. Managing the billing and invoicing process, including generating accurate invoices, tracking payments, and addressing any billing-related inquiries from clients.
2. Coordinating with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate payment collection.
(d) Performance tracking: Monitoring and reporting on project performance, KPIs, and milestones to clients, providing data-driven insights into the effectiveness of the SEO strategies.
(e) Problem-solving:
1. Identifying potential challenges and proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines, quality, or client satisfaction.
2. Working collaboratively to find creative solutions and mitigate risks.
(f) Client reporting: Preparing and delivering regular reports on project status, performance metrics, and results achieved to clients, showcasing the value of the services provided.
(g) Continuous improvement: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEO to provide informed recommendations and drive continuous improvement in project execution.
