1. Language Proficiency: Can you speak multiple languages? Great! We need your multilingual abilities to help us communicate smoothly with our international clients and investors. Your language skills will be key in bridging communication gaps and building strong client relationships.
2. International Experience: Do you have in-depth knowledge of real estate practices and regulations in your home country? Your experience is incredibly valuable to us as we expand globally. You ll help us adapt and implement the best practices from diverse real estate markets around the world.
3. Analytical and Technological Skills: Are you good at analyzing markets and valuing properties? Do you have proficiency with modern real estate technologies? These skills are essential for enhancing our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the management and maintenance of residential estates, ensuring they are well-maintained and in compliance with regulations.
2. Utilize DBMS to organize and manage property data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
3. Support the Residential Estate Manager in project planning and execution, coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed.
4. Conduct business analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance property performance.
5. Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends and property values in the area.
