We focus on increasing room nights, ADR, and RevPAR for our clients, with a track record of contributing to a healthy increase in business ranging from 35% to 50%. Our expertise also includes GDS platforms and OTAs. We pride ourselves on conducting operations with simplicity and transparency to deliver value in financial implications.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for an assistant revenue manager for the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilizing revenue management and analytical tools to optimize room availability and utilization
2. Making decisions based on market insights and real-time data, implementing pricing analysis algorithms, forecasting, and distribution improvements
3. Work closely with the digital marketing team to enhance online representation and engage potential customers and guests

Skill sets required:

1. Experience in the hospitality industry
2. Analytical skills, revenue recognition, revenue management, and finance skills
3. Strong understanding of financial and revenue concepts
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
5. Proficient in data analysis and reporting
6. Experience with revenue management software and tools like Channel Manager, OTA Extranets
7. Strong organizational and time management skills
8. Team Handling and team management
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
