Assistant Sales Executive Job

Training: Willing to be trained in sales program designed for premium & luxury retail brands, and basic training for diamond jewellery understanding.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must be charming, fluent in English speaking and one who has the capability of taking forth the vision of the company in thought, word and action
In charge of the counter and hence must be aware of all the operations of the store.
Must assist the Sales head or Directors in the sales process and deal closures.
Should be capable of understanding a customer's needs and show products accordingly.
Will check daily sales and tally all cash memos / cash balances & transfers and tally stocks at store opening and closing.
Must be willing to learn and create a Visual Merchandising Plan for the year and implement.
Will be involved in the Marketing Strategy of the company
Will report to the HO on the store activities and stock requirements
Will report to HO on the customer responses / complaints.
Will perform random checks on Inventory - physical
To ensure proper usage and storage of POS and packaging material
To develop a report on the customer responses / complaints.
Should be comfortable in being posted to any of the retail branches in the city and/or should be ready to travel to other cities for retail exhibitions. (2-3 times annually)
Should not at any time take or share designs or confidential information for usage other than those authorized by the company.
To maintain business secrecy and not disclose / divulge / publish, during tenure of your employment or subsequently, any confidential and secret information concerning the business or finance of the Company.
