Job Overview
Ready2help is seeking a Mid-Level Assistant Sales Manager for a full-time position based in Delhi, Nangloi Jat, Bahadurgarh, Rohini, and New Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 6 years of experience in sales management roles, with a robust skill set tailored to drive sales and team success.

Qualifications and Skills
Sales strategy (Mandatory skill): Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Team management (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Communication skills (Mandatory skill): Exceptional verbal and written communication skills necessary for client interactions and team collaboration.
Customer relationship management: Experience in maintaining and nurturing long-term customer relationships to foster loyalty and retention.
Sales forecasting: Ability to predict sales trends and accurately estimate future sales to inform strategic planning.
Negotiation skills: Strong negotiating abilities to close deals and handle tough discussions to benefit the organization.
Market analysis: Capable of analyzing market trends and competition to identify opportunities for sales enhancement.
Product knowledge: Thorough understanding of product features and benefits to effectively communicate with potential clients.

Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in the formulation and implementation of sales strategies to meet business objectives.
Lead and supervise the sales team, ensuring high-performance levels are maintained consistently.
