We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven 'AM-Sales' to join our sales team. The manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
2. Sales growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Customer relationships: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Market analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use this information to identify new business opportunities.
5. Sales strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth. Collaborate with the sales team to align goals and strategies.
6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates. Provide regular reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
7. Problem-solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers promptly and effectively.

Location- Bhandup West, Mumbai (work from office)

1. We are looking for a highly energetic, self-motivated individual to join our Sales team.
2. Possess good oral and written communication skills.
3. Should have expertise in Excel, PowerPoint presentations, and email writing.
4. Prospective candidates must be smart, presentable with good communication skills, self-driven & motivated, good listener, learner & presenter.
