Job Overview

One for supervision of erection and commissioning of equipment at sites across India or may be at abroad also some times. Should be a having a degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, having some knowledge of mineral processing equipment, experience in industrial sites, travelling etc. Salary Rs.25,000.00 per month tentatively. Asst supervisor.

Experience as a supervisor or assistant supervisor
Knowledge of erection and commissioning processes
Strong supervisory and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in supervising and coordinating staff
Support the Supervisor in daily operational tasks
Monitor and report on team performance
Assist in training new staff members
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
