5. On-Site Support: Be present on the day of the event to assist with setup, coordinate with vendors, manage the timeline, and troubleshoot any last-minute issues.
6. Client Consultation: Participate in meetings with clients, offering ideas and suggestions to elevate the event.
7. Administrative Support: Maintain organization by keeping track of contracts, invoices, payments, and other important documentation.
