Associate Accountant Job

Key Responsibilities:

T1. o act as a contact point to interact with clients and perform reconciliation work.
2. Handling day-to-day accounting of Transactions
3. Preparation of Daily Cash Flow Statements
4. Daily Reconciliation of Bank Statements and sorting out any discrepancies
5. Preparation and Maintenance of Expense Vouchers and Bills
6. Handling Complete Billing Activity with timely invoice preparation and sending to customers
7. Communicating with clients diligently for payment follow-up
8. Collection, preparation, and finalization of data for GST returns, filing of GST returns on the GST Portal
9. Proper Reconciliation of Input Tax Credits and necessary postings in books of accounts
10. Any other work assigned by the reporting manager. The responsibilities can be reviewed or changed from time to time as per the guidance of the Reporting Manager

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years' of professional accounting experience
2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
3. Expert Level of knowledge in accounting in Tally
4. Working Knowledge in the filing of GST and TDS Return
