We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented graduates to join our team as ITR Filing Associates. In this role, you will assist in the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) and filings for our clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation and filing of ITR for individual and corporate clients.
2. Maintain organized records of financial documents and client information.
3. Respond to client inquiries and provide support regarding tax-related matters.
4. Collaborate with senior associates to gather necessary documentation and information.
5. Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and compliance requirements.
6. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, finance, or a related field.
2. Basic understanding of ITR processes (internship experience is a plus).
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
