1. Implement and review statutory compliance (GST, TDS, labor laws, etc.)
2. Demonstrate technical soundness across various areas of finance including taxation and Companies Act compliance
3. Efficiently process payroll and handle tax audits, filing of returns, and department correspondence
4. Compute advance tax, GST, and other statutory liabilities
5. Prepare financial statements including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
6. Exhibit technical expertise in process audit, internal audit, statutory audit, and tax audit
7. Conduct audits under various statutes (statutory, internal, forensics, tax) along with due diligence, process audits, and compliance health checks
8. Handle direct and indirect tax litigation
9. Assist with testing internal process controls and developing internal audit plans utilizing the latest technology and leading practices
10. Conduct reviews of systems, processes, and internal controls
11. Evaluate the current risk management environment
12. Draft business models, financial models, projections, and perform business valuations
13. Design and implement solutions to identify, assess, and improve risk management capabilities
14. Assist clients in addressing compliance, financial, operational, and strategic risk
15. Provide recommendations to clients for improvement or remediation and draft reports on key issues
