Associate Accountant Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain books of accounts, including finance management and asset accounting
2. Ensure implementation of standard procedures related to stock
3. Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile with book stock
4. Manage invoicing processes
5. Ensure proper compliance with all statutory formalities such as PF/ESIC, GST filing, etc.
6. Coordinate with internal auditors
7. Reconcile vendor/supplier ledger and interoffice balances
8. Prepare journal vouchers and payments
9. Handle other accounts-related tasks
10. Settle employee tour bills and other expense bills
11. Be responsible for day-to-day accounting
