Associate Accountant Job

As an accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our organization. You will work closely with our senior accountant to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintenance of financial records. Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Data Entry: Accurately record financial transactions in accounting software or spreadsheets (E.g. Tally and Excel)
2. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts
3. Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding balances
4. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
5. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed
