About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
2. Facilitateinvoice payments that are due, sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
3. Connect and follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
4. Perform general accounting functions, prepare financial statements.
5. Generate reports detailing accounts payables status.
6. Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and applicable laws.
7. Maintain accurately complete financial records - Bank & Vendor reconciliation.
8. TDS calculations and File returns.
9. Preparing MIS for management.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, MBA Finance or CA semi qualified is required.

2. At least 1 years of experience in accounting.

3. Good knowledge of MS Office, Tally, and other accounting software.

4. Knowledge of GST & TDS and income tax provisions.

5. E-commerce reconciliation experience is preferred.

6. Proficient in advanced Excel (Pivot Table, V Lookup etc).

7. Knowledge of how to file GST returns.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
