Associate Accountant Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software and spreadsheets
2. Record day-to-day financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
3. Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are properly accounted for
4. Generate and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner
5. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all invoice details including billing information, amounts, and terms
6. Stay up-to-date with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements
7. Assist in preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring adherence to local and national tax laws
