1. Sales and purchase transaction bill entries in accounting software.
2. Responsible for properly recording Cash inflow and Outflow in accounting software by cross-checking bank statements for payments and receipts.
3. Coordinating with operations and the store department regarding MRP updates of the products.
4. Keep an eye on rates (changes, increase, decrease, best rate by vendor for particular product/brand).
5. Move inventory and materials across and prepare the stock transfer report on a daily basis.
6. Coordinate and follow-up for payment in the particular timeline for our customers.
