Associate Accountant Job

Key Responsibilities:

(a) Daily accounting entries and vouchers:
1. Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
2. Prepare and process vouchers for various transactions.
3. Ensure all entries are accurate and comply with accounting standards.

(b) Bookkeeping:
1. Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts.
2. Ensure all financial data is recorded accurately and timely.

(c) Monthly reconciliation of accounts:
1. Perform monthly reconciliation of bank statements and company accounts.
2. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in account balances.
3. Prepare reconciliation reports for review by management.

(d) Bank payments:
1. Process bank payments and manage cash flow.
2. Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and other stakeholders.
3. Maintain records of all bank transactions and monitor account balances.
