We are seeking a meticulous and organized 'Accounts and Operations Associate'
who will work with revenue preparation, AP/AR management, and contract drafting to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing revenue reports, managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), and drafting contracts. A basic understanding of MS Office. This role is essential for ensuring accurate financial transactions and effective contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Preparations:
- Prepare, analyze, and reconcile revenue reports regularly.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of revenue data.
- Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management:
- Monitor and manage receivables, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
2. Contract Drafting:
- Draft, review, and revise contracts including service agreements, vendor contracts, and NDAs.
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. The candidate should have a bachelors degree in a related field.
2. The candidate should have prior experience in the related field.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Basic understanding of financial and legal concepts.
7. Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,75,000 /year
