Key responsibilities:

1. Manage back/front-end operations teams with excellent attention to detail
2. Be a motivated self-starter eager to learn and develop as the role expands
3. Simultaneously manage tasks for multiple processes
4. Adopt a proactive approach with a focus on problem analysis and resolution
5. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications
7. Adapt quickly to different IT systems
8. Communicate and explain to individuals and the team what needs to be done to achieve objectives
9. Set and achieve timelines for tasks, including setting realistic and stretching performance expectations for self and others
10. Regularly review progress and act to ensure optimal results for the business
11. Plan and lead end-to-end operations while ensuring quality, productivity, and budget objectives
12. Establish KPIs, monitor ongoing operations, and improve performance against set goals
13. Lead and mentor junior associates, ensuring the team is performance-driven and aligned with business goals
14. Work with vendor partners to deliver operational process execution at scale, jointly planning and problem-solving to provide evolving scale and continuous improvement
15. Create and update vendor contracts, SLAs, SOPs, and other process documents as required
16. Provide monthly reports to team leaders and stakeholders
17. Ensure process compliance with respect to contractual obligations
18. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and drive continual improvement initiatives in the process
