Architecture and Interior Designer
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architecture and Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing various design-related tasks including creating working drawings, 3D modeling, space planning, and conceptualizing innovative design solutions for architectural and interior projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts in collaboration with project teams and clients.
- Create detailed working drawings, plans, elevations, and sections using CAD software.
- Produce high-quality 3D models and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Prepare presentations and design proposals for client meetings and presentations.
- Research and select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures to achieve the desired aesthetic and functional objectives.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the timely procurement and installation of design elements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture and interior design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in architecture and interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software.
- Excellent design and visualization skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction techniques, and materials.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Time management and organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
