Associate Architect Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Strategically plan the layout, design, and specifications considering space availability to optimize functionality and aesthetics.
2. Prepare, review, and coordinate modifications in layouts to ensure alignment with project goals and client requirements.
3. Conduct comprehensive area analyses to develop preliminary proposals and generate detailed feasibility reports.
4. Coordinate with principal architects, structural consultants, and service consultants to develop comprehensive project construction drawings, including MEP and structural details.
5. Develop a thorough understanding of estimation and tendering processes to contribute effectively to project budgeting and procurement.
6. Interpret and understand BMC drawings to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
7. Engage with clients and resolve on-site issues by collaborating with project managers and engineers to provide effective solutions.
8. Interpret and apply relevant construction codes and standards to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
9. Regularly report project progress to management, highlighting key milestones and addressing any potential issues.
10. Perform other tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
11. Exhibit proficiency in DCPR 34, leveraging this expertise to enhance project planning and execution.
