Key responsibilities:

1. Monitoring calls (conduct call audits to ensure adherence to company standards)
2. Assessing call agents' performance based on established metrics
3. Providing actionable feedback to improve performance & enhance customer satisfaction
4. Preparing detailed reports on audit findings & trends
5. Collaborating on process improvements for better growth
6. Ensuring compliance with standards
7. Regularly checking on hygiene
