Associate- Category Management Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Define and execute category plans, including product assortment, pricing, and promotion strategies.
2. Identify growth opportunities based on market trends and consumer insights.
3. Collaborate with design and production teams to curate and develop products that align with BLUER's brand identity.
4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure optimum stock availability.
5. Track category performance using KPIs such as sales, margins, and sell-through rates.
6. Conduct competitor analysis and leverage data to make informed recommendations for product and pricing adjustments.
