Associate Center Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell memberships to potential clients (walk-ins/trial users)
2. Achieve sales targets by driving conversions
3. Upsell additional services and memberships
4. Maintain records of interactions with new users
5. Enter customer details and walk-in information into internal tools
6. Enhance the overall center experience and implement improvements
7. Ensure timely opening and closing of the center
8. Manage inventory of essentials, supplies, and equipment
9. Oversee classes and workouts, ensuring trainer punctuality
10. Address attendance, equipment, and space availability issues
11. Interact with walk-ins and prospective clients to build familiarity and increase member attendance
12. Collect and document feedback from members and partners about classes
13. Resolve issues affecting customer experience during or before/after classes
14. Conduct regular audits of center facilities, supplies, and essentials
