Associate - CEOs Office Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with various departments to accomplish tasks such as closure of client queries and tracking of implementation of additional client requests at sites
2. Support the senior coordinator in performing day-to-day operational tasks such as examining all documents, answering all internal queries, resolving any issues/problems associated with closures of all requests, and tracking regularly
3. Assist the legal team involving admin work and coordinate with key parties (internal and external) for every task
4. Create and update trackers in Excel regularly

Key attributes:

1. Must have good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills - this is very important
2. Must have a pleasant personality and good networking skills
3. Must be passionate about taking on additional responsibility and handling the work diligently
4. Must be organized in carrying out multi-tasks and their completion within the timelines
5. Must be good with MS Excel
