As an Associate - Community Growth & Operations (IS Clubs), you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and nurturing a strong online community. Your key responsibilities will be:

1. Respond to community inquiries and comments promptly.
2. Organize and participate in community-building activities.
3. Create, curate, and manage engaging content on IS clubs.
4. Monitor and moderate the IS club's content by adhering to community guidelines.
5. Develop and implement content calendars to ensure regular and consistent posting and moderation.
6. Plan and organize virtual community events.
7. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
8. Gather and analyze feedback from events and content to improve future engagements.
9. Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations within the community.
10. Track community metrics and provide regular reports on community engagement and growth.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
