Associate Consultants(AC) are part of the team which works on client problems like improving productivity, streamlining supply chain planning, reducing the cost of operations, optimizing manpower deployment, improving material yield, reducing rejections and other manufacturing, supply chain-related challenges
2. ACs are required to conduct studies such as observation studies on the shop floor, data analysis & collection, validation of data and analysis and drawing insights from the data
3. ACs from time to time are required to conduct research on key problems and develop presentations and also present to the client
