Associate Content Developer (English) Fresher Job

A CDE needs to assess whether the content matches the information provided in the outline. CDEs also need to make sure that the structure and flow of the content cater to the needs of the target audience.

Key responsibilities:

1. Work with technical reviewers enables them to assess the technical accuracy of the content, images, output, and code
2. CDEs conduct research on the technology that the title they have been assigned focuses on. This ensures that they have an in-depth understanding of the technology, so will be able to efficiently develop the content of the title and offer the author(s) and support they need
3. Part of the CDE s research involves keeping an eye on the market trends as well as any version updates for the technology they are working with. This ensures that the most up-to-date and accurate content is delivered to our readers
4. CDEs work closely with the author(s) to develop content and provide support for them
5. CDEs are the single point of contact for the author(s) during the development phase after the book is handed over to them by the AE
6. CDEs address queries or concerns raised by the technical reviewers
7. CDEs act as intermediaries between the author(s) and technical reviewers
8. CDEs also discuss any important issues that might affect the quality of the book with the AE and the reporting person
9. CDE should schedule activities to ensure that content is received in a timely manner, and also accommodates any delays that occur
10. CDEs work on more than one title at a time, they must allocate their time and focus on titles equally to avoid missing any deadlines
11. CDEs are expected to publish titles as per the expected publishing dates
12. CDEs help readers solve their problems and learn new aspects related to the technology
