1. Write high-engagement Notification, Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and IVR content that reflects our brand s voice
2. Deploy marketing campaigns through CRMs like Moengage, Gupshup, Value First, etc.
3. Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, PR, and other teams to develop a variety of content marketing materials
4. Produce error-free content that adheres to the company s style guidelines
5. Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines
6. Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking for improvement in engagement metrics
