About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Working closely with program managers and industry experts to design and evolve the data science/data analytics curriculum
2. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to analyze data, derive insights, and embed them into actionable business actions
3. Work closely with mentors and industry experts to resolve students' doubts and queries through various communication channels like email, zoom meetings, discord, etc.
4. Work closely with the mentors to timely evaluate the allocated student assignments and provide feedback to students and the team
5. Establish a mechanism for cross-functional teams to consume student insights to improve engagement along the student life cycle
6. Conduct exploratory analysis by fetching relevant data from systems and analyzing student grievances and pain points
7. Prepare internal reports for executive leadership (including COO) and cross-functional teams to support and fast-track their decision making
8. Ideate and operationalize new projects and processes in the data analytics/data science curriculum to improve customer experience and retention
Requirements:
1. Experience in the field of data analytics/data science coupled with a passion for keeping up with the latest trends and teaching students
2. BTech/MTech in AI ML/data science/maths or engineering
3. Hands-on experience in Python programming (pandas, numpy, sciPy, matplotlib), machine learning, or SQL scripting
4. Strong in analyzing data and creating reports/dashboards
5. Self-driven, motivated with a strong sense of ownership for work
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
