Associate Data Scientist Job

Indika AI is an AI-driven company focused on building cutting-edge data annotation platforms and AI solutions across industries such as judiciary, healthcare, and Industry 4.0. We specialize in leveraging high-quality labeled data and machine learning models to build intelligent systems. As part of our growing team, we are looking for an Associate Data Scientist to support our data annotation team by managing data workflows, processing, and integrating AI models into annotation pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Pre/Post-Processing: Clean, preprocess, and structure raw datasets (e.g., text, images, audio, video) for AI model training, annotation, and model evaluation.
2. Annotation Platform Handling: Manage and optimize annotation workflows, including setting up and configuring platforms, handling data ingestion, and improving efficiency.
3. AI Model Training & Fine-Tuning: Assist in the training and fine-tuning of machine learning models (e.g., NLP, computer vision), leveraging pre-processed data to optimize model performance.
4. Automation & Tool Development: Build Python scripts to automate annotation processes and streamline data pipelines for quicker data throughput and model deployment.
5. Model Integration: Integrate and test machine learning models (e.g., NLP, computer vision) into the annotation workflows and ensure they perform accurately with annotated data.
6. Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting: Ensure data consistency, handle technical issues related to annotation platforms and model integration, and debug data quality problems.
