About the job

Key responsibilities:

A. Sales and strategy development:
1. Develop and implement a regional sales strategy that aligns with the overall sales objectives and revenue targets of the company

B. Team leadership:
1. Manage a team of 3-4 team leads and 15-20 sales reps to grow the current enterprise business 5X
2. Set targets and motivate the team to meet and exceed revenue goals
3. Ensure ongoing training is provided to maintain process adherence and solution-based selling

C. Revenue growth:
1. Improve upon the existing sales process and analyze each deal to improve conversion rates, the number of closures each month, and annual recurring revenue (ARR)
2. Maintain a strong focus on funnel management at all times

D. Customer relationship management:
1. Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partner
2. Work closely with the customer success and account management teams to ensure zero churn and 100% renewals on existing accounts

E. Market Expansion and Product Knowledge:
1. Develop market entry strategies and execute plans for expansion
2. Maintain a deep understanding of SaaS offerings and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure market requirements are mapped and prioritized
4. Understand local/regional competition and develop playbooks to win the market

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 8 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Experience of 8-14 years in selling to corporates/businesses in India

2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets

3. Outstanding presentation and communication skills with the ability to convince prospects

4. Experience in working with cross-functional teams and excellent stakeholder management abilities

5. Ability to work in an extremely high-paced environment with ambiguity

Salary
