Associate - Enterprise Sales Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research
2. Identify small, mid, and large-cap companies in India that could be potential clients
3. Build a database of prospective clients
4. Work on cold connect - send emails, LinkedIn connection requests, and cold call talent acquisition, leadership hiring, and/or head HR to pitch our services and solicit meetings/business
5. Work on sales - follow up promptly with prospective clients to get executive search and recruitment mandates
6. Work on account management - meet with and build long-term relationships to get repeat mandates from confirmed clients
7. Work on MIS - maintain a clear tracker indicating the status and progress of each prospective client

Skills & Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree from a reputed institute
2. 0-2 years of experience in enterprise/corporate sales
3. Strong verbal and written communication
4. Enthusiasm to get things done without much supervision
5. Highly driven to achieve or exceed sales targets
6. MBA/Master's in management
