Associate Fashion Designer Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. In-store execution and operations: Ensures best-in-class execution across all consumer touchpoints in offline channels, delivering a compelling experience for HUL's beauty brand shoppers.
2. Beauty ecosystem knowledge: Demonstrates a strong understanding of the beauty ecosystem in offline channels, with a focus on specialized in-store execution for beauty brands.
3. Talent management and training: Plays a crucial role in managing, training, and building the capabilities of third-party manpower, including beauty advisors and shopper soulmates.
4. Retail and relationship expertise: Requires previous experience in retail, working with retailers and customers, and managing key relationships to address issues and roadblocks within stipulated SLAs.
5. Agency ecosystem leadership: Leads the agency ecosystem for their geography, ensuring best-in-class activations and experiences in line with brand guidelines.

This role is accountable for maintaining operational hygiene, driving the adoption of beauty tech, managing customer relationships, and leading capability development for external teams. It reports to the geography beauty PRO lead.
