About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintaining accurate records and bookkeeping.
2. Collecting necessary supporting documents from various support and business teams.
3. Preparing reconciliation statements and management information reports.
4. Finalizing accounts and preparing financial statements.
5. Developing and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of internal controls.
6. Preparing and ensuring timely payment of statutory dues and filing of e-returns.
7. Supporting audits and due diligence processes.
8. Coordinating with tax authorities and other regulatory bodies.
9. Managing vendor relationships and facilitating vendor payments.

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

a. In-depth accounting knowledge is a must.

b. Basic knowledge of tax provisions – GST and TDS – From accounting as well as

compliance perspective

c. Basic knowledge of Corporate and Banking law

d. Keen to learn new things and adapt to changes

e. Timely and prompt completion of work

f. Working knowledge and experience in MS office

g. Attention to detail and accuracy is a must

h. Experience of accounting in more than 1 accounting tool is a must

i. Added advantage if worked on Zoho Books

Minimum Experience – Minimum 1 year in the required fields mentioned below. Added advantage if

pursuing CA/CWA.

Educational Qualification

a. Must: Commerce graduate or post graduate

b. Preferable: Pursuing CA/CWA (any level) or any other professional degree.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year
