Position Overview:
We seek an enthusiastic and talented Associate Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python development and experience in Zoho development (Deluge and Catalyst). The ideal candidate will be driven, innovative, and eager to contribute to building custom applications, full-stack solutions, and Zoho-based implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ERPNext Customization:
Develop and customize ERPNext solutions to align with client-specific requirements.
Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and implement custom functionalities.

2. Application Development:
Design and build full-stack applications on the Frappe framework from scratch.
Ensure scalable, secure, and efficient solutions for various project needs.

4. Zoho Development:
Develop and deploy Zoho applications using Deluge scripting.
Build scalable solutions on Zoho Catalyst to meet complex client requirements.
Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms as needed.

5. Technical Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
Code Quality and Maintenance:
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Perform debugging and troubleshooting to ensure software quality and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in Python and its frameworks.
2. Experience with Frappe Framework and ERP systems like ERPNext.
3. Hands-on experience with Zoho Deluge scripting and Zoho Catalyst development.
4. Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js.
5. Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
