Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging.
Team Management:
Lead a team of frontend, backend, and UI/UX developers.
Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
Implement best coding practices and improve development workflows.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Client & Project Management:
Communicate directly with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
Translate business needs into technical solutions and project roadmaps.
Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to clients.
Handle feedback, revisions, and post-deployment support.
