Associate Graphic Designer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities :

1. Translating client needs and branding strategies into design strategies.
2. Designing visual content for digital applications that are on-brand reinforces our status and reputation and is appropriate for our various audiences
3. Designing, optimizing, and editing graphics and video content for various media platforms
4. Collaborating with art directors, branding experts, front-end developers, marketing team, content team, and other professionals to produce the final design
5. Developing illustrations, logos, and other designs using the software
6. Testing graphics across various media
7. Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements:

1. A keen eye for aesthetics and details
2. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
3. Must be a great leader for your team, team training, and management to help them achieve agency and career goals.
4. Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while working independently and as part of a collaborative team
5. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in graphic and visual communication
6. A degree in design, fine arts, or a related field is a plus
7. Highly skilled in leading a team of creative talent
8. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
9. Excellent technical skills, especially with design and photo/video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premium, etc.)
10. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop)
11. Strong creative conceptual skills and ability to communicate those ideas effectively
12. An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
13. Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
