We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a passion for creating meaningful and impactful illustrations. This individual will specialise in designing visual content to complement and enhance video/written course content in addition to marketing collaterals.
The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of spiritual themes and be able to translate complex concepts into visually engaging illustrations that resonate with our audience. This role requires a blend of artistic skill, spiritual sensitivity, and the ability to work collaboratively with our course restructuring team.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with course creators and editors to understand the core messages and themes of the spiritual courses
2. Design and produce compelling illustrations, graphics, and visual aids that align with and enrich the course content, making it more accessible and engaging for learners
3. Develop a consistent visual style and theme across all course materials, reflecting the essence of the spiritual teachings being presented
4. Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualise visual strategies that can effectively convey spiritual concepts and narratives
5. Ensure all illustrations and graphics are of high quality, culturally sensitive, and adhere to our brand guidelines and ethical standards
6. Work closely with the R&D team to integrate illustrations into course materials, including videos, presentations, and printed materials
7. Provide creative input on the overall design and aesthetics of course materials, suggesting improvements and innovations
8. Stay abreast of the latest trends and techniques in graphic design, illustration, and visual storytelling, applying these insights to your work to keep our materials fresh and engaging
9. Handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.
