Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop engaging and innovative designs for various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website assets.
2. Create visually stunning videos using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro to enhance our online presence and engage our audience.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to concept and execute creative campaigns that align with our brand messaging and goals.
4. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to bring concepts to life and deliver high-quality design work.
5. Assist with UI & UX design projects to enhance user experience and create visually appealing interfaces for our digital platforms.
6. Manage and organize digital assets using Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC to ensure consistency and efficiency in design workflows.
7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your skills and contribute fresh ideas to our design team.

Ritik Mittal is a graduate of IIT Delhi and NIT Jamshedpur. He came up with the idea for Mittal Learning Stars when he tutored a sophomore in Fremont, California, for AP Calculus in 2020-21. Ritik personally crafts the course materials for the program. Over 15 states in the US are represented by Mittal Learning Stars, which has grown to be the largest one-on-one online test prep company in just three years.
