3. Develop creative concepts and design layouts for reports, presentations, marketing materials, and other visual assets.
4. Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all visual designs.
5. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and graphic design.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, marketers, and developers, to bring designs to life.
7. Incorporate feedback and revisions to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of designs.
8. Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
9. Maintain a library of design assets and templates for efficient and consistent use across projects.
10. Stay up-to-date with design software and tools, and recommend and implement improvements to design processes.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the data analytics or technology industry.
3. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
4. Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of data visualization principles and the ability to create compelling visual designs.
5. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
6. Ability to interpret complex data and transform it into engaging visual graphics.
7. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
10. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
