Associate Industrial And Production Engineer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Deliver operational and financial improvements within the client's organization through a project team comprising company and client employees
2. Deliver results to the defined standard of quality while managing within time constraints
3. Organize and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clients according to client's requirements
4. Meet with assigned clients' functional team/employees when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation
5. Collect information about the client's business process through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports, studies, etc.)
6. Analyze and interpret data to identify weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes
7. Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client's wishes, capabilities, and limitations forming concise reports
8. Present findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice
9. Develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes
10. Assist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies
11. Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues
