Associate Industrial For Production Engineering Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise day-to-day machine shop operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
2. Monitor and manage SS component production processes, including cutting, shearing, punching, bending, etc.
3. Schedule, assign, and oversee production tasks to ensure timely completion and workflow efficiency.
4. Ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to safety standards within the shop floor.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machinery, processes, and personnel to avoid production downtime.
6. Work closely with quality control to ensure all SS components meet specification and customer requirements.
7. Maintain and update production records, including production reports, work orders, and SAP entries.
8. Train and mentor shop floor personnel to improve skills and maintain high production standards.
9. Coordinate with maintenance teams for regular machine upkeep and preventive maintenance.
