About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
2. Ensure that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Provide legal advice and support to the management team on various matters.
4. Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with the company's operations.
5. Liaise with external legal counsel as needed.

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Proven experience as a legal manager or in a similar role.

2. Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.

4. Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.

5. Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent. A Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
